December 4, 2011 It is with great regret that the board of directors for SOOS announced today that we must cancel our 2012 show. The construction in the parking lot at the Toronto Botanical Gardens will not be completed in time for our show. With vastly reduced parking spaces and severely limited access to the building, it was decided that attempting to produce the show would be frustrating for patrons and vendors and potentially disastrous for the Society. Many options were explored, but none proved feasible. The board, the show committee, and the membership of SOOS wish to thank all the volunteers for their efforts to date and the staff at the Toronto Botanical Gardens for their efforts in finding a solution. We would especially like to thank the public who have been our loyal supporters over the years. We look forward to producing a bigger and better show next year.
